In this episode, we talk about the importance of having a vision board in turning your dreams and goals into reality. A vision board is an effective tool in transforming your goals from vague to almost tangible - it helps you imagine, paint a clearer picture, and be creative as to what you really want to achieve. It also adds color and life to plain planning, which, if we're to be honest, more often adds stress and pressure to us. But planning through a vision board activates our creativity along with our organizational skills, so that we can have a clearer direction of where we want to go.
