Do you ever feel like you were stuck in your head, overthinking and swirling around in your thoughts, but never actually moving the dial in your life or taking action on the things that you want to do and achieve? This is known as the Overthinking Loop, and for years I felt so stuck in the pattern of extreme overthinking only to feel more confused, overwhelmed and stuck. In this episode, I'll share with you the reasons as to why our brains can get stuck in this loop pattern and how I was able to create a new strategy and thought process that helped me make decisions fast, take action, and get results in my life.
