Burnout happens when we are spending too much time in hyper-stressful environments, when our brains don't have space to think, when we don't have a proper plan in place, and when we are driven from a place of fear and lack. In this episode, I share with you the twelve stages of burnout identified by psychologist Herbert Freudenberger and how each stage leads us to physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion. I'll also be sharing ways to release burnout and how deep mindset work can really help us to evaluate and think about our life from a completely different lens.
