Anxiety is something that I've personally experienced and battled with over the last two decades. However, it's something that I've been able to manage really well, particularly over the last four years. Occasionally though, it'll rise up and again knock me for a six. That excessive worrying, the overwhelming fear, plus the irritability and restlessness that just won't go away. It's completely consuming physically, mentally and emotionally and affects our concentration levels, our sleep, and even carrying out the most simplest of tasks. In this episode, I will share with you my top tips that have really helped me manage my anxiety and what gets me through those days where I feel more anxious than usual.
